Many people ask me what I am thankful for as a world renown coach and hockey player. Well sure family, friends, good health, always come to mind but what really should matter to everyone is ICE. That's right I am thankful for ICE. Without ice my beer would be warm, my house would be hot in the summer, and most importantly I could not skate. Sure they have plastic ice but what fun is that! Without Ice we would not have had the Ice Age which got rid of those pesky Wooly Mammoths. Without the little ice age Europe may have been able to maintain their dominance across the world. The other thing that ice allows me to do is I get to play and coach on the greatest hockey team every assembled. The mighty Chicago Chiefs. When the next ice age comes our team will be painted on the caves of our future kin, aliens will tremble in fear at the name and the abilities of these mighty athletes. So this Turkey Day don't just think of your family, friends, and good fortune think of what really matters...ICE.
